Steven R. Rosenbaum, CPA: Before joining the firm, Steve was a partner in a Miami CPA firm where he had overall responsibility for the firm's tax and litigation support departments as well as its internal information technology systems. His previous experience includes serving as a manager for a national accounting firm's small business services department in New York City. His background exposed him to many complicated financial and tax issues for a wide range of clients, in many different industries. Steve is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), a designation issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Steve has extensive experience in the litigation support arena, including expert witness testimony, serving as and assisting court appointed fiduciaries and exposure to some of South Florida's largest frauds over the last 15 years. Weinrub, CPA: Jason brings to us over 25 years of experience working for large regional CPA firms and provides consulting services to business and individuals ranging in size from start-ups to $250 million in revenue. Jason specializes in tax compliance, financial accounting, and due diligence services related to mergers and acquisitions. Jason consults with clients across a broad range of industries including wholesale/distribution, professional service firms, telecommunications, real estate, and construction.
